YKK AP America Wins Reader’s Choice Award for its Thermashade Sun Control System
YKK AP America’s ThermaShade Sun Control System was honored with a Metal Architecture Reader’s Choice Award. Announced in the April issue of Metal Architecture, the Reader’s Choice Awards showcase the top products that the magazine’s readership expressed most interested in.
“We are honored to receive the Metal Architecture Reader’s Choice this year,” said Oliver Stepe, president, YKK AP America. “We aim to design and deliver products that accommodate the needs of our customers and this award demonstrates that our Thermashade Sun Control System is succeeding in that goal.”
Metal Architecture highlights hundreds of products and projects throughout the year. The Reader’s Choice Awards are calculated by measuring the readers’ interest by the number of leads that each product generates. The twenty products receiving the most leads from editorial content in 2015 were recognized as winners. The awards are meant to honor products that the readers believe will improve building performance, and provide the greatest design flexibility.
