FTP Site Login Instructions
To log into YKK AP America’s FTP site please use the following instructions:
1. Download Filezilla to your computer.
2. Launch Filezilla from your programs file.
3. At the top you will have a place to put in the following information: Host, Username, Password, and Port. Put the information in as follows:
- Host: sftp.ykkap.com
- Username: This will be provided to you by YKK.
- Password: This will be provided to you by YKK.
- Port: 22
4. Then click “Quickconnect”.
A message will pop up asking if you “Trust the host and carry on connecting?” Select OK.
You may now retrieve your files.
