RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY
Warranty Coverage
YKK AP offers an industry-leading limited lifetime warranty. We warranty against seal failures, lowE failure, manufacturing defects, fabrication errors. Warranty coverage is eligible to the first homeowner and is not transferable.
Highlights:
- Single-family: limited lifetime on parts
- Multi-family: ten (10) years of coverage on parts
- Two-year free labor service from the original ship date
- Screens have one(1) year warranty coverage
Warranty support & Claims
Locate Your Window Label
To process a warranty claim, you will need the serial number found on the product label. Learn how to locate the label on your window.
File a Warranty Claim
If you are the original homeowner, you can file a claim online. Upon submitting your claim with proper documentation (contact information, photos of warranty item, and label), you will receive confirmation and your claim will be reviewed.

Because picture and transom windows are non-operable, they rarely require service. The label is located on the sash and is fixed inside the window unit. If you need assistance with a picture or transom window, please contact our warranty support team.
