Parker to support residential sales growth, dealer partnerships and market development

ATLANTA, GA (July 13, 2026) – Today, YKK AP America Inc. (YKK AP) announced the appointment of Ryan Parker as residential sales manager. In this role, Parker will support YKK AP’s residential business by helping expand customer relationships, strengthen dealer and distributor partnerships, and identify new opportunities for growth across key residential building product channels.

Parker will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, supporting territory development, cultivating builder and dealer relationships, and helping drive product adoption across residential markets. His role will also include supporting customer education, sales forecasting, product introductions and strategic account development.

Parker brings extensive experience in sales, business development, channel management and building product specification. Most recently, he served as Business Development Manager, Southeast, for Adfast Corporation, where he focused on identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, distributors and other industry professionals, and supporting product education and application across the Southeast market.

Prior to Adfast, Parker held sales leadership roles with Louisiana Pacific Corporation and Nichiha Fiber Cement, where he worked closely with architects, building supply dealers and distributors, installers, homebuilders and general contractors to drive specification sales and support product penetration in key markets. At Nichiha, he developed and managed national brand segments, built relationships with national accounts, architects, developers and general contractors, and contributed to long-term strategic planning for the company’s growth.
