Patrys Wiid wins the Gold Stevie® Award for Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year, and Michael Sullivan-Adoyo takes home a Silver Stevie® Award for Learning or Training Professional of the Year
ATLANTA, GA – Aug. 4, 2026 – YKK AP America Inc. (YKK AP) announced today that two of its leaders have been named winners in the 11th annual Stevie® Awards for Great Employers. Patrys Wiid has been named the winner of a Gold Stevie® Award in the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year category, and Michael Sullivan-Adoyo has been named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the Learning or Training Professional of the Year category.
The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements, and HR-related products, solutions, and suppliers that help create and drive great places to work.
More than 1,000 nominations from organizations of all sizes in 38 nations were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of HR-related categories, including Achievement in Workplace Safety & Compliance, Employer of the Year, Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year, Human Resources Team of the Year, Employee Relations Solution Provider of the Year, among others.
The recognition highlights YKK AP’s continued focus on building a workplace culture rooted in purpose, development and organizational excellence. More than 160 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s honorees. Winners in the Employer of the Year categories were determined by a unique blending of the ratings of the professional judges and more than 178,000 public votes.
