Ragsdale to support customer relationships and project success across Tennessee
ATLANTA, GA (May 19, 2026) – Today, YKK AP America Inc. (YKK AP) announced the appointment of Brian Ragsdale as architectural sales representative for its Atlanta Sales Branch. In this role, Ragsdale will support customers throughout Tennessee and Southwest Virginia, helping expand YKK AP’s presence and strengthen relationships with architects, glazing contractors and project partners across the market.
Ragsdale will be responsible for developing the customer base within his territory, preparing sales plans and individual customer projections and strategies, quoting projects for customers, and working closely with field technicians to help resolve project-related challenges.
Ragsdale brings more than 25 years of experience in the architectural products and glazing industries, with a background that spans sales, product engineering, project consulting, field troubleshooting and customer training. Most recently, he served as Product Engineer and Project Consultant with Tubelite Inc., where he worked closely with research and development teams to support new curtain wall and storefront systems, coordinated full-scale product mockups and lab testing, conducted site inspections, and provided hands-on customer training.
Before moving into product engineering and consulting, Ragsdale held client development and sales roles with Tubelite and Oldcastle Building Envelope. In those roles, he built strong relationships with glass and glazing contractors and the architectural community, opened new accounts, exceeded sales forecasts, and supported product development efforts for impact-resistant systems. He began his career in operations and management with Ross Glass; Aluminum and Shaw Industries.
