A newly renovated office space at the base of the formerly named Citicorp Center tower, the 601 Lexington Ave re-positioning for Boston Properties strives to increase the overall value of Manhattan’s Midtown East neighborhood by offering a distinctive new plaza and 6-story office redesign featuring an array of green-space terraces at each floor. These terraces are a result of the unique stepped elevation that introduces numerous transitions and returns to the curtain wall facade. Erie’s unitized ENVIRO|FACADES® system was an ideal selection to facilitate the project.
