This renovation project is a modernization of one Manhattan’s premier corporate addresses in the heart of the Park Avenue business corridor. 280 Park Avenue features an ornate lobby constructed with 25′ tall storefront curtain wall with large glass panes stretching from floor to ceiling. The curtain wall framing is accentuated by seamless stainless-steel cladding creating a strong contrast against the white marble interior. The monumental storefront wraps around the majority of the structure from E 48th St around to the main entrance on Park Avenue and returning on E 49th St.
