Operational Updates Related to COVID-19
In these uncertain times, the safety and well-being of our customers, employees and their families is our top priority. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect our communities, we realize that circumstances can change rapidly and want to keep you updated on the status of our operations.
As of 3/26/20
Our San Francisco Solutions Center is closed in compliance with the Public Health Order declared for the area. Calls and emails have been routed to our Dallas branch to ensure continuation of service.
All other locations including our Dallas Branch, Cincinnati Branch, Baltimore Branch, Boston Service Center, Houston Service Center and all manufacturing plants are fully operational with no service disruptions at this time.
In locations where non-essential businesses or job sites may have been ordered to close such as in New York, Pennsylvania, and Illinois, we are working with customers to put existing shipments on hold. Please contact your branch for support.
